Introduction

The protection of the privacy and personal rights of our customers when visiting our website is of crucial importance for a trustworthy use of our offers. If you visit our online shop and place orders, personal data will be collected.

With this data protection information we would like to emphasize our commitment to a secure and trustworthy handling of your data and explain to you how we use personal data of our customers.

1. What is personal data?

a) Visiting our online shop

When you visit our shop pages, the following are stored as standard in log files, so-called log files, for technical reasons:

Within the framework of the statutory provisions, we can create and evaluate user profiles under pseudonyms for the purposes of advertising, market research and the needs-based design of our services, but only if you have not exercised your statutory right to object to this use of your data at any time. • Use of cookies

On our website we use cookies. Cookies are text files that enable us to make your visit to our website comfortable. This includes, for example, default settings for the presentation of our website or shopping cart functions, as well as the possibility of single sign-on, so that you can e.g. only have to register once on our website. These cookies are temporarily stored on your computer and are only sent to our servers when you visit our website. We mainly use "session cookies", which are not stored on your hard drive and are stored when you close your browser or after a longer period of time

The information that we need for the services you require is marked as mandatory in the form fields; other information is voluntary. Depending on the individual case, we need contact details such as name, delivery and billing address and e-mail address, as well as information on the type of payment method you have chosen, for the conclusion and processing of contracts. In addition, we use your data to maintain our customer database so that only correct data is stored there. In order to avoid typing errors and to ensure that the items you have ordered reach you, we will check that your address is complete and correct when you enter it.

c) Sending information about our online shop's special offers and other messages

We use your data to send the information you have ordered about the offer and other promotions to the e-mail address you provided. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. If you have registered for our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address for advertising purposes in the course of sending our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We can also send you information about our own similar goods and services without your consent to the e-mail address you provided when making a purchase. You can object to the receipt of these e-mails at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.

You cannot unsubscribe from certain information messages that are necessary for contract processing and the function of our online shop, for example for service (e.g. confirmation of registration, information from customer service) or for a package that is subject to a fee (e.g. order confirmation, contract documents, payment processing). d) Miscellaneous

We process your data if you contact us by telephone, e-mail or via our contact form or otherwise send us information and send us your data for this purpose. a) Disclosure to product partners

As part of our offer on our website, we work together with various partner companies for certain product groups. If you order products from these partners, we will pass on the personal data you provided during registration and, if necessary, supplemented for other purchases or under My Account for the conclusion and processing of contracts to them (in particular delivery and billing addresses). Your contractual partner is named on the respective product pages. Please note that your contractual partner is responsible for his own data protection measures and that supplementary or deviating data protection notices from the respective contractual partner may apply to these product pages.

c) Passing on to service companies

Various service companies work for us during operation and contract processing, e.g. for central IT services or the hosting of our online shop or for the payment and delivery of products, to which we pass on the data required to fulfill the task (e.g. name, address). When delivering goods to logistics companies and the postal service specified when ordering. When paying for goods to the payment service provider specified when ordering. 6. Your rights to your data

You have legal rights to information about your data stored by us and to correction, deletion and blocking of this personal data. The quickest, easiest and most convenient way to exercise these rights is to log into your account and edit the data stored there directly. Data that we have to store due to legal, statutory or contractual storage obligations will be blocked instead of being deleted in order to prevent use for other purposes.

Please understand if we need a little time to implement your objection/revocation in our systems and you still receive messages from us in the meantime.
